This has a sports centre, small swimming pool, cafe, gym and library with free internet, combined with in the school, typically hebridean way of doing things.

Call before you take the kids for a swim if no one answers it's probably closed. Don't trust the published Hours as twice now we have made the long drive up for it to be closed. Check the council website not Facebook or Google for time's.The staff are great and very helpful. The pool is always clean and there's always plenty of lifeguards on duty.

Excellent swimming baths - ideal to get out the house for some exercise if the weather is not good. Visited when we were staying on North Uist, early 2017. It was very quiet but there was lifeguard on duty throughput.
