Not good booked flu jab weeks ago turned up non left but day before had a reminder I could of cancelled this one as my own doctors surgery rang me to come in for the flu jab but I said I had prebook at boots heaton moor stockport

Empty shelves and long wait for service whilst staff chatted but once noticed us one member of staff went over and above to try to source items that were not on display, otherwise would be 2*

Filthy shelves, very little stock, very long queues for the pharmacy so couldn’t look at things easily or move around the place. Stock dumped chaotically all I’ve the place. Very low effort and a bit depressing.
