Bought a voopoo vape kit about a week ago that came with 2 different mouth pieces and 2 different coils. Went back in today for a replacement coil. Ended up with the wrong coil, forcing me to buy yet another coil because I opened and tried installing the coil. Looks like an old trick to get you to spend more.Never will I return to this shop or recommend it. I suggest anyone thinking of purchasing here, think twice. Customer service is nowhere to be found. Accountability/taking ownership is MIA. The prices are also far from competitive.No redeeming qualities. 1 star from me.

Place was recommended to me by a friend, so I couldn't quit smoking.Lovely fella named Kev served me. He was very helpful with me (a beginner) and essentially taught me the ins and outs of vaping. He got me set up with my first good kit and I left very happy with my purchase and the service of the store.Based on what he showed me, can highly recommend this place to beginners and experienced vapers. Will definitely visit again in the future.

I have been in about 10 vape shops in Belfastand the best one I found is the vape bar Lisburn road. The guy in the shop mikey has amazing knowledge about the products that they do. thank you so much for your help. 10/10 mickey.

Was in vape bar today and spoke with Mikey. Very helpful and good dude. Man knows he stuff and he managed to fix a problem I've had with my tank for ages. Thanks Mikey for the flavour recommendation also. 100% my new go to vape store

Norman is absolutely awesome! I went in without knowing a thing about varing and he took the time to explain everything. He gave me all the options, went into the pros and cons of each and let me decide. That is customer service worth coming back for!

Had a great experience in store on Monday, guy talked me through best vapes for quitting smoking, advised me on best liquids for me currently etc. gave me all time in world. Unfortunately the vape had an issue so I returned to shop this morning, receipt in hand and guy behind counter, different to one on Monday, basically let on that I was lying about how long I had vape despite having receipt to show it and box it came with, stating it was “impossible” for screws to have loosened in vape in two days. Really disappointed by service given the expense of the vape I paid for and now will just have to go to another store to buy another one.
