Im appalled by how i was treated by security. I went into the toilets and one cubicle had no lock on it so i had to hold the door shut and i was accused of having drugs so they made me empty all my pockets and patted me down then they found nothing and said 'where did you hide it?' I was so offended that i got accused of having drugs even after they searched me and i was clean no apology at all! I said oh no sorry then, and they said why didnt you use a different stall if there was no lock and i said because they were full! Absolutely disgraced by my treatment from security staff and they should be ashamed of themselves if they just apologised (like many other places do) i wouldnt mind but they kept accusing me of being a drug addict when it was their fault they didnt have a lock on the cubicle. Disgusting!

Came here for the first time with my husband & some friends, felt we were very unwelcome from the start. We had security guards already watching us as we come in for no reason, we were kicked out for dancing & having a good time because apparently we had had too many even though we were just dancing like everybody else in the venue.The security were very arrogant & extremely rude, as well as the manager. Absolutely disgraceful, this is a poor mans river rooms. Will never go here again!!! And by reading the reviews, I’m not the only one who’s experienced this! Says a lot!

Im here right now (30th sept) the Djs you have on are so awful , killing my vibe, cant mix , i want my 5 quid entry fee back , acc fuming.Last week was so much better

We dashed in out of a heavy downpour, but we've been in a few tines before and it's always a good atmosphere as it was today. The live singer was great with a good sense of humour, liked her vibe. Never eaten in here, but drinks are always good.

Great venue. Nice clean environment. Staff are friendly and a nice selection of beers. Outdoor area is nice and clean. Lovely view of the canal. Showcasing local bands! Book your gigs
