Appalling experience with this company. Large order of towels placed - towels received did not match the image on the website and towel quality poor - very thin and can say daylight through them. Politely raised the fact these were not as per website image & requested return free of charge but customer service rep Darren Sales was abrupt and unhelpful. Sent further email and Gazassi (Gary) Lomas business owner sent an ignorant response. BEWARE this company!!!!Update: the owners response just highlights the type of company this is - refusing to accept blame for towels sent that were not as per stock image and were of poor quality. Other reviews also highlight this shocking attitude. Use at your peril !

Called in personally to pick some bed linen & towels they couldnt have been more helpful and got a great deal as well
