I purchased a 2007 Audi A4 from Farouk. Unfortunately the car developed a severe fault within 1 week/350 miles of collection. I contacted Farouk after being recovered home and he was extremely apologetic, I booked the car in locally to be inspected and we communicated daily to try and resolve the issue with no success.Farouk then recovered the car 200 miles to book it in with a very reputable Porsche/Audi specialist he knew. The car was repaired three days later and delivered back to me (another 200 miles) with great communication throughout the process.It would have been no surprise for a used car dealer to have refused to repair this common fault that occurred on the 15 year old, 120,000 mile car I had bought, but Farouk was genuinely gutted that I had had a bad experience. He did everything possible to get me back on the road and I'm incredibly grateful.I would highly recommend FM Car sales.

Picked up my Mercedes CLA today, I can’t thank you enough for the amazing service from the minute I called right through to making sure I got home safe.Extremely professional and helpful, had all the answers to my questions and never felt rushed or pressured. The car looked even better when I got there, and after driving 250 miles home the car drove spot on. Highly recommend and would definitely buy here again. I cannot recommend this garage strongly enough, we have had our most pleasant experience in buying a car in many years.Farouk has been so attentive to fine detail and obviously cares about the service he is providing.We had photographs and videos sent to us before buying and of our car being loaded up for delivery. Farouk organised delivery for us which was superb for us. Farouk took photos of documents and even the details of the delivery person. He called on phone on the day of delivery with approx times and after delivery to check that all went well.So - before, during and after sales were excellent.The car is fantastic, hubby delighted with it. Spotted a lovely convertible Audi A4 and went to check it out and the service history. Then went a second time for a test drive and even paid the deposit to reserve the car. Then, for personal reasons, I was not in a position to buy the car any more.Although I wasted Farouk's time, he was very nice and understanding and reimbursed the deposit. Thumbs up for this lovely, professional car dealer I will definitely turn to, should the opportunity arise again.

Farouk is an honest and down to earth gentleman . He is a good salesman that takes into consideration the customers needs. He accommodates your feelings and perception and is never pushy but will guide, advice and direct where necessary. He's a lovely chap to do business with and never be disappointed. travelled from northumberland on 17,04,23 to purchase a bmw from fm cars . can say farouk was 1st class, car great, any issues after the purchase and hes happy to cover the cost. would definately buy from fm cars again in future. nice man , friendly and honest which is rare in used car dealers!

Hi I would just like to say that FM Car sales is a fantastic service from start to finish Farouk really took the time on the phone to give as much details as possible with a video sent before I travelled 280miles on seeing the car it was as described with a full Audi service history and having done only 76k miles the price was perfect to on day of sale I noticed battery cover was missing and Farouk ordered it there and then and arrived at my home address just a couple days later . I have done 620 miles in the car in 2weeks and must say it drives fantastic and it looking great for an older car Farouk even contacted me the week later just to see how i was liking the car real family business would buy again from FM car sales.FANTASTIC SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO'S LOOKING FOR A GREAT SECOND HAND CAR.thanks again.
