We had Tom in to change out a boiler, very neat job and pleasant guy to have around the house for a couple of days. Sorted out a problem with our shower while he was here and dealt with the usual unexpected issues during the boiler install without any fuss or bother.

Tom recently changed our old system boiler setup to a combi. He has done a fantastic job and we're very pleased. Tom is a consummate professional and the quote was competitive. I happily recommend him to others

Excellent plumbing service, installing 2 new radiators, found Tom very professional and clean. We were really pleased with Tom's work in repairing a faulty valve on our heating system. We were quoted over double Tom's quote by our usual heating engineer who does our annual boiler service. Suffice to say we won't be using him again. Tom did a great job and took £20 off his original quote as did not have to pay as much for the valve as expected. Highly recommend him and will use him all the time now.

It is very clear to me that Tom takes great pride in his work and that he works to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend him. We had a gas leak and the way he sorted this out demonstrated great professional knowledge and excellent communication, and meant we had confidence that the job would be done to a very high standard, which it was.

My partner first used Tom recently when she was having problems with her heating and hot water.Her boiler cover company were telling her she needed a new water tank, and wouldn't continue covering her system until this was replaced,at great cost.Tom assessed the problem ,which wasn't the tank at fault and replaced the part ,a valve that was needed,at a great saving.I have also just used him ,and found him professional, reliable, he sorted out some gas pipe work, that didn't meet gas safe standards, This was not a straight forward job,as some of the tiles had to be removed off the roof to access the pipe in question.This did not phase Tom, he carried out the work, and also the price was extremely reasonable.I would highly recommend him. Tom came to fix a gas leak, I was unfortunate to have multiple leaks which Tom tracked down and fixed.He was very reassuring throughout and very professional.. on top of that, reasonably priced the work he did over 2 days.Honestly can’t recommend enough!Good work. Thank you Tom!

Timely and excellent service from Tom yet again.Friday afternoon, our boiler gave up. Tom very patiently took me through fixing it remotely step by step in the language that I understood + call out avoided. Can't recommend him enough.Thank you very much Tom!

Tom carried out a boiler service and gas safety certificate for me and was great, good communication, there was a minor issue afterwards and Tom was quick to pop back and resolve it, highly recommend!
