Called here this afternoon with issue with alarm system installed in flat I bought recently - the gentleman I spoke to talked through everything quickly and calmly and immediately diagnosed the issue and advised me what to do to fix it, issue was resolved within 10 minutes. Great service provided.

Came back from holiday last night and our alarm was ringing (don't know how long this had been going). I was given Campbell Fletcher's number by a friend. He came along within 20 minutes of me calling him and had to disconnect the system. Coming back in the daylight to repair the fault. Very grateful for his work

Campbell is a pleasure to deal with. I am really not into reviewing but all my dealings with FSS have been so well handled that I feel it is worth letting people know that you can expect genuine customer service from them. If you are looking for an alarm system I would 100% recommend FSS

Phoned Campbell regarding a fault with one of my pir detectors not working and asked if he would be able to fix it. He asked me a couple of questions and advised that I may have damaged the cable leading to it. On checking the cable this was the case. Campbell advised me on a quick repair over the phone. I followed his instructions and the alarm is fully operational again. Fantastic customer service. I'd recommend Fletcher security systems to anyone with alarm problems.

Brilliant! I had an issue with my house alarm, whereby I could not reach anyone on Google/ Yell, but managed to get through here first time. Talked me through everything I needed to know to rectify situation, completely fixed. Be glad to use you again, and will pass your details on, thankyou so much for your help! Gavin

Not long moved to house, set the alarm system off during decorating. Called Fletcher Systems who called back straight away and talked us through how to stop the alarm. Would not accept any payment for this. Excellent above and beyond service to help you when you need it most. Highly recommend

I phoned this company and a very well manered man advised me on the phone on how to fix my house alarm. I gave it a go and managed to fix it. I highly recommend this company. Very helpfull and also got quoted a very good price to fix my alarm if i couldnt manage it myself.
