such an underrated spot i’m amazed! the desserts were some of the best in birmingham and the customer service was astounding.thank you so much for the team that are so respectful and providing me with the loveliest desserts, me and my nephews loved it!!!

If I could vote 0 I would. STAY AWAY. Delivery was 30mims late. When it arrived I received both my apple crumble FROZEN?! without custard or ice cream. No ice cream with the both cookie doughs. I’m shocked. Is this how you treat your customers in store? I’m acc disgusted. If I wanted frozen apple crumble I would’ve got it from the shop

Absolutely beautiful food I do recommend a lot was given a free Oreo cookie dough which was amazing with the waffle was just great

Im writing another review because i cant reply to the one the owners wrote. For starters its funny how a ‘dignified’ business like yours cant take constructive criticism. As a customer im entitled to state my review and the way u replied twisting it up and making snarky comments acting like we were high and on balloons is funny and it says a lot about your business. The unprofessionalism clearly shows. Please focus on giving your customers edible hygienic waffles that are worth your inflated prices. Also send this 12 minute CCTV video you have of us, you must be confusing us with other customers.Thank you
