We had an issue with a toilet flushing but then backing up into our shower. Vic was very friendly and polite and was able to get to me the same day within the hour. He cleared most of the issue but unfortunately, due to dodgy water pipe work fitted from a different company, the problem was slightly more complicated and our issue required further work to be carried out. Vic contacted some other guys in his team though who were able to get to us a couple of hours later and rectify the problem. All employees were very polite and professional and talked through what they were doing at each stage. Highly recommended.

Disappointing service.Quoted price increased by 20% because we couldn’t pay by cash.Engineer emphasised that no return call would be contemplated after that 25 min call out, under any circumstances. Our toilet has blocked again after 3 flushes. £180 literally down the drain!

Telephoned this company and received a quick response to hopefully clear my blocked sink in the kitchen. Two guys arrived and proceeded to attempt to fix the problem having first quoted me a price of £220 + vat.They spent a couple of hours here trying to fix the problem but didn't appear to get very far. Apparently apart from fat and kitchen waste there was a build up of 'scale', discovered by using a camera.Now, they did have a machine although not currently with them, that could sort this issue out but there would be an additional cost of £1,200 + vat!Clearly this was a bit of a shock to the system and I declined...I then contacted the boss to have a chat who made it quite clear that their attendance at my property to investigate and cure my blockage did not in fact guarantee the issue would actually be solved & also there would be no reduction in cost as a result!Just as they were about to leave having not sorted the problem a new offer of 50% reduction (a cost off £600+vat) if I would go ahead with the descaling machine option!Again I declined the additional cost, not surprisingly, and also refused to sign their form saying that 'the work has been done to my satisfaction'!Subsequently, I employed another chap who came and actually rectified my blockage, which in fact had little to do with 'scaling' just a large build up of food & fat waste.This clearly saved me an extortionate amount of money.In conclusion I cannot recommend this company as it was a bad experience that could have resulted in unnecessary additional cost.

I had a blocked downward drain. the guys came and gave me a quote and they were very friendly and very quickly. done within 20 minutes.Now I don't know if I misheard, if I misunderstood or they deliberetly mislead me. But I then had the pleasure of being charged £420 for this 20 minute service. While their service was good, and I can only hope they have cleared my pipe (I wont know until it rains) I feel like this price is exstoronate for the service provided. Which I note, was cutting a whole it a pipe, spraying it with a hgih pressure power spray and then fit a easy access thing. If you think this is good, then this is in fact a 5* review for you. But seeing I was quoted the same service for £100 and only took their service due to my misunderstanding. I do not.And to add off the responce to this review. I did not recieve a written quote before work was done. And I do not think, I would have missed hundred" in the verbal quoted amount. MAYBE I misheard. it is possible."
