Visited today to purchase a gift and was served by two lovely members of staff (Sophie and Emma) who were both very polite and helpful. Gave me time to browse freely without feeling pressured and were more than happy to help me when I needed it. Lovely range of items and great staff! Thanks again.

Went into store on Sunday ,greeted by carol who is very knowledgeable and helpful , back in today Wednesday to order a ring and carol could not have been more helpful . Great asset to the company.

I visited the shop and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful lady, Carol. I am very happy with the service I received.

The shop itself is okay, they have a nice variety and discounts, but the two ladies that were there working the day we went were not very nice.They looked like they were judging us as we were in joggers, and they attended two people before us (that came in after us), and were not even looking at us when we were trying to ask them for an item.Didn’t feel good there and wouldn’t go back.

A great experience when recently purchasing an Eternity ring. Gorgeous ring and staff were attentive and patient. Special thanks to the young lady Samantha who helped me with my choice.

I’ve been in this store regularly over recent years and I think the service is simply first class. The manager has a certain way about her which makes the shopping experience special. She also really knows her stuff so you know you’re in safe hands!

Came in last Friday for a watch for a special occasion. I had a rough idea of what I wanted but Carol was extremely helpful in helping me choose the perfect watch. The service throughout was excellent and the shop was well organised and tidy with lots of stock on demonstration. I felt really valued while making the purchase and I'm thrilled with my watch, thanks again

Shocking service. My Gucci watch (which was a 50th birthday present from my late mum) was functioning well apart from the battery finally running out after 8 years. Handed it in to shop with box only for them to send on to Birmingham without box- therefore not properly protected. Not received within 2 weeks promised. I called shop today and was advised watch not yet returned from Birmingham and that a new problem" had been identified with the watches movement which I can assure you that was was not the case when I handed it in.Watch was working well the day before battery ran out and had not encountered any problems whatsoever with the watches movement. No explanation as to why shop had not contacted me before now -and was watch damaged in transit? I should have realised that there could be an issue with service levels when assistant at Livingston shop who was filling in form asked me and my partner as to what a watch bezel was?! Still no further update as to when I will get my watch returned.Extremely upset and dissatisfied with lack of care
