Shockingly bad hotel.Only booked due to secure car park. Was told to book before i could get a car park pass into the car park, but after I booked/paid they told me there were no more spaces.I asked for a refund since I literally booked at reception 2 minutes before they told me there was no parking, but they told me to phone customer service. Customer service is a premium number that would have cost more than the room itself.Car is now somewhere down the street, and just got into the room to find that they charge for WiFi. Seriously, who charges for WiFi today.Urgh.

Absolutely great location, very close to lots of great bars and restaurants, also not far to walk from the station, taxi's waiting outside and car park which we made use of.Unfortunately the location of the hotel wasn't enough, our room was terrible, the smell of damp, fusty, unclean was very strong as soon as we opened our door. The floor/carpet by the front of our room which went in to the bathroom was wet and made our socks wet when we were walking around our room. Not pleasant. The windows give no privacy at all unless you shut the curtains so in the day you can't get changed in the room as everyone can see you from the tower opposite. They have a sign on front desk stating '247 pizza', we arrived at the hotel after a night out around 4am and were told the ovens were turned off and we wouldn't be able to order any pizza, after a back and forth discussion a man on the desk said he'd switch the ovens on and deliver pizza to our room. This was inedible! It was the whitest pizza i've ever seen and the pepperoni wasn't warm!So unfortunately the location of the hotel is 5 star but the hotel itself is 1 star, if that! I won't be staying here again which is a shame.

Felt like staying at Immigration holding centre. Great location, 2 star service is for house keeping and front desk, F&B team was great! Definitely 5 ST⭐️R for them Kelly was on le our of Top server. Food quality could have been better if they work on their menu, stop using microwave food Let's go back to house keeping side.. Corridors smells like alcohol and beers, rooms were smelly. £140 per night but no WiFi what a shame! Extra money for WiFi , Toilets in the room stinks., no good extractor fan, after taking shower you need to crawl on the floor to find door as steam quite badly due to No fan. I had to tidy up my own bed every morning. It was waste of money for our company. Front desk some of the staffs were not very welcoming. Anyway overall it was a bad experience for me and our team.

Quite a comfortable Travelogue in the middle of town. We had everything we needed and the staff were friendly and helpful too. I had some minor problems getting into the room as the key was faulty but a member of staff was quickly on hand to sort it out. All in all, an enjoyable stay.

Just spent two nights here in room 707 and paid the extra to be in the so-called lux room on a quiet floor, the only problem is you spend all night listening to the air extractors of the hotel opposite so you dont get a really deep night sleep with that hum audible all night long. The hotel next door is very close you are almost looking into people rooms... Nicknamed this place HMP Travelodge.put my card on the door at 7am for tea/coffee refill and towel changes but the staff just ignored it, I asked at reception but she was not interested. The ridiculous sink design doesn't let the water drain out the sink properly... The only thing I can recommend is the shower and the Sainsburys I brought coffee and food from. The poor standards left me unwilling to pay the premium for eating in their onsite restaurant and drinking at the bar.

Stayed on 10/9/23 Both lifts out of order was told at check in, asked for another room lower down as have a sore knee, couldn't provide this and 6th floor is all they can provide. 24/7 pizza advertised, tried to go to the bar and order this at 9:55pm told no pizzas for tonight due to a power cut.In times like that it would go a long way to offer a free breakfast or discounted etc. For the marathon of stairs on a humid night and day. Other than that good rooms and good location but get the lifts sorted asap not the first time i have stayed and at least one of them is always dodgy.

Reception staff were lovely and polite. Great location, quiet but within easy access to rail service.Rooms were clean and of a good size. A variety of selections for breakfast. The breakfast rooms were comfortable and relaxed especially after a night out

Not the first time I've stayed here and definitely not the last, been coming once or twice a year for 6 or so years now.The service is always reliable, the food great quality and the staff have always been happy and efficient with any questions or problems I've had.Honestly recommend staying here for any trips in or around MK, Ricky and Kelly are absolutely amazing members of staff who will look after you and can't wait to see them again.

very very nice hotel. great location, rooms are huge, shower room is well built, comfy beds, and feels clean. Theres a Sainsbury’s right nearby to get some food bits while you stay, and town is a straight line away.
