Always good though you should get a coffee machine that isn't continually breaking down, and make sure deliveries are regular and on time, this is not the case at the moment! You are letting down an excellent staff team! They deserve better!

I ordered 12 items via StarShip - only one item was delivered- the rest were out of stock (fruit, veg, fruit juice, bacon etc). I can’t believe that the store is so poorly stocked.

Hi all. I just wanted to share my opinion on this crisis that we are in. I can not fault my local coop grange farm m.k. the shelvesHave been stocked up as much as they can. The staff are still up beat as much as they can be. Your all doing a great job. Thank you.

I have to comment on great service when it is necessary to note, my local Co-op are really very lovely all the time. I have never gone in there and had a bad service. The staff (esp Simon) are just lovely and friendly, it really makes such a difference to go pick up some shopping quickly and have a really warm greeting. I have done Customer Service for years and this is up there with the good ones! Well Done Co-op thank you for being my local :-)

This store always has a long queue to get out in the morning and evening. Not ideal. Also Starship delivery times from here are good enough to place an order, but then slip and slip to the point I've cancelled two out of three attempts... taking the Mick.

Bad experience with the person on the till. Refused to sell prime to me as I accompanied my sons, who did not have ID with them. Reason given - he knew they would consume hence he couldn’t make the sale, despite it being me, an adult making the purchase! Also, passport copy for my son shown on my phone was not acceptable as he needed to see a hard copy ID for him! It felt as if he was there to win a battle... hopefully he feels satisfied with his win, leaving us feel like we were purchasing something crazy!! Thankfully other stores aren’t that crazy selling Prime to adults!!

Shop is always very poorly stocked! Feel sorry for anyone disabled having to walk into this shop and find they can't even get what they need and I'm talking basic stuff!This is a regular recurrence. Not to mention how many times have fridges and freezers broken down! It's ridiculous!

This place is poorly stocked and overpriced. There is often a long queue of people waiting to pay with only one staff member serving customers while the rest chat to each other
