Was in a lot of distress with lower back pain. However 10 minutes of massaging has releived me of my pain. Would recommend this service.

Had a treatment yesterday at Health and Wellbeing in Leeds and must say how good I felt afterwards. To add to this I felt even better today. My aches and pains have eased 90% and I have more energy. Fully recommend everyone to give the treatments a chance, glad I did.

I can't thank Tariq enough, years of pain and surgeries on my knees and ankles, I can't walk properly, very lopsided. I am getting nowhere with NHS and the pain can get me very down. Only 15 minutes treatment with Tariq and I felt more upright and walking is now a pleasure, very little pain and every day I feel a bit better. Sleeping is amazing now, not waking up with pain. I cannot recommend Tariq enough. Never have I considered this sort of treatment before, but will 100% will carry this on. Thank you so much

WOW after the first treatment I could actually Run a good distance with out feeling pain. I've been having pain in my lower back for almost a year and not known what to do about it Now after one treatments I feel movement much more freely which I haven’t been able to do for almost a year. I Was treated with respect and dignity and very much looking forward to the next two sessions.

I was told a taster treatment was £25 for 15 mins .. so I had the treatment and it lasted 3 to 4 mins maximum..very disappointing!..The guy was nice and clearly knows what he is doing but £25 for 3/4 mins is just not good enough!
