Really poor communication. Spent a while liaising re a vehicle, had to repeatedly chase for a response. In the end Carl just failed to reply. I'm amazed he sells any vehicles frankly.

Just driving by it is a job to see the good cars that are in there but i went in and found a one owner Citroen Picasso C3 which i purchased and am very pleased with. I found the owner Carl to be honest and kept his word when i found a simple fault and told me to take it to my local garage and he would pay them which he did.I am very satisfied with the car and the dealings with Carl.

A proper slippery old school motor dealer. I phoned up, wanted to come up and buy a car, but was told he was going out for the day. I pushed that matter and said I'd come immediately but was told he'd be gone. But I was then told not to worry if I came the next day I would have first refusal. (His exact words) So I agreed I'd come the next morning.Traveled 1 hour and 50mins by train first thing the next morning but when I arrived i was told the car was now sold!He then tried to tell me 'its first come first served' and that he was there the entire day yesterday!...Thanks to his lies and complete lack of consideration, I've completely wasted an entire day coming backwards and forwards on trains. You'd think if you'd already done the dirty and gone back on your word..the least you would do is phone up and tell that person not to come, he had my number.

Would buy from here again and again. Recent purchase had a few unforeseen issues 150 miles from destination. Car was recovered and full costs covered no quibble. Absolute gentleman, and pleasure to do business with. These things happen, it’s how they are dealt with is what matters. Well done sir and thank you.

Spoke with Carl numerous times today regarding buying a car from him an sorting out my px , very friendly an polite and we struck a deal over the phone so hopefully all go ahead for Thursday. Excellent service politely described an delivery was spot on so pleased with the car I purchased

We travelled from Bromley to look a vehicle we were interested in,and not disappointed on seeing and test drive and decided to purchase the car, as been looking for 3 months for a decent vehicle. AHe also offered a delivery service which we took up.On delivery was a slight problem with the car and phoned Carl straight away who was more than happy to for our mechanic to resolve problem and reimburse us .Carl was open and honest and we could not fault him and would recommend him on our dealings with him
