I have been working for alinahomecare devizes for the last 5 years they are an excellent company to work for and the care we provide is very person centred and we give all our service users choices ,and help themnto achieve their goals and independence. I have recently been promoted to an ambassador for our branch and have a very good relationship with my manager and the team, all of our carers are well trained and have a great relationship with our clients and their families and friends, I highly recommend alinahomecare devizes for anyone looking for a job or care for loved one's. Great company to work for, there’s always someone to help when you need it.

I absolutely adore working here. The hours are so flexible to help fit round my life as a mother, and the constant support enables me to do lots of shifts. All the other staff members are so lovely and supportive and I truly feel like I work in a large family. When on shifts I feel so supported by the office staff who are always on call in case of a problem, which there seldom is. I love how you are not thrown into the deep end when put on a new package, but eased in so you can adjust to new clients. As a staff member, I cannot recommend this job enough.
