Always a nice quiet shop in this store, this time better than my trip in the summer when there was a heat wave and I stepped in the store and came out looking like I'd lost 12 stone due to them having heating on!! But no this store is always great and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

I found staff to be very helpful and store does seem to have lots of styles and sizes in stock. Sadly, this was not the case for the item I wanted and was annoyingly only available online. I also wish that half-sizes were available in most styles of footwear as I have great difficulty getting shoes/boots to fit, especially without the benefit of being able to try on before purchase.

Hard to find a member of staff to help with shoes. Some of the offers are a bit misleading. Unable to get money back on items so you do have to try before you buy.

Sportsdirect in general is a Terrible place to shop.am NEVER shopping with them EVER. made an order,and I contacted them to change my delivery address, because I have changed where I live.only to receive a reply that they cannot do anything about it. What a company? The worst really.

Bought a pair of 3/4 pants and a pair of shorts all on the same stand that stated 2 for £15 but when got to the till it wasnt. item should not be put together if that is the case or show something to state it carnt be mix and match

Don't buy anything from them online. They make you wait a week to process the order and then tell you that what you ordered is out of stock so you wait another week for a refund. They can make a lot of money ripping people off like this. Another reason why you shouldn't buy anything is because they use Hermes/evri to deliver their products. Hermes or evri cannot be trusted with parcels and certainly can't be trusted with people's data. You end up getting dodgy phone calls from people pretending to be from MasterCard wanting you to tell them your bank account details. They might be cheap but they're not trustworthy.
