I cannot recommend Bradley enough. He helped me arrange a Licence for Alteration. Bradley was extremely knowledgeable and professional. On top of that, the was responsive, super helpful and kind - answering all my questions. We needed to get a survey and an market evaluation done for the property we’re purchasing. Bradley responses to us straight away and was liaising with the estate agents directly to schedule the visit. The report was provided to us 2 days after the visit, with detailed recommendations and advices. Great and effective service which we would definitely recommend!

We've just had a home buyer's survey done by Bradley at Stokemont, and I wish I could give even more stars! The whole experience from initial contact to report was simply stellar. Kind, professional, knowledgable, and very thorough! We've had several surveys before and none have had the attention to detail that we found in this one. If we ever need another survey done in the future Stokemont will be our only port of call. Thanks very much!!

He promptly provided a detailed report on the property, including approximate remediation costs for any issues identified. This was invaluable in informing our purchasing decision. Had a Homebuyers report through Stokemont on a flat we are hoping to purchase in central London. The response times and general communication from our surveyor Bradley MacKenzie were truly excellent and allowed us to proceed very quickly . He also spent a significant amount of time taking us through the findings and answering all of our related questions, and volunteered to speak to the Agents if we needed him to (which turned out not to be necessary but we appreciated the offer)
