FedEx Station

Utterly incompetent, with drivers and customer service reps that lie multiple times about trying to deliver the parcels and issues being resolved. 1 star is too much but unfortunately Google won't let me give less than that.

Driver claims to have attempted to deliver not a chance was told for rescheduled delivery for today. Wasted my whole day for a useless driver.

Parcel made it to this facility two and a half weeks ago, they just don’t attempt to even deliver them. If you call them up (international call centre that of course does not know what’s actually going on) they will just confirm and promise that the parcel will be delivered the next day. Three different people at the call centre on three separate occasions have told me it will delivered, alas it never has been. Their first response is always ‘would you be able to drive to the facility and pick up the parcel yourself?’ which confounds me as not only do I not drive but that surely defeats the purpose of the POSTAL company FedEx. They do not care about their customers and it is a real disgrace, such an expensive package that is just lost somewhere because of their inability to put it in a van and bring it to the address which is printed all over the parcel.

Ordered some clothing from The Vintage Store who use FedEx to ship.Was very quick at first, from from Hull, to Howden, and then Crawley. However, it is currently 06/01/2023 and delivery was shown to be 05/01/2023 before 6pm. There has been no tracking updates for over 24hr now, not even put out for delivery. I expect to receive a package when I’m told I’ll receive it. This was supposed to be next day too, so they have failed.

Got a text saying parcel was going to be delivered today between 8-1 then another text saying will be delivered today before 6 pm, waited in all day nothing tracking was rubbish and stopped hours ago and the chat bot is just useless and pointless. Got text next day and my parcel was delivered mid afternoon.It's a terrible way to run a business with zero customer service and parcels not being delivered when they should , I'm surprised this company is still going with it's poor customer rating.

I wish I could give no stars.Same problem as everyone else, thought the first time was a one off but it's now happening a second time.Just won't deliver the package and not even any attempted delivery. Always claiming customer not in" despite being in all day

Incredible experience that needs to lauded. Great customer service where assistance went above and beyond to assist in mailing my parcel. Very much appreciated.

Why are you failing to collect from Drop Off Points in Crawley?? Bewbush Smokey's have not seen you for 10 days.

My passport has been out for delivery" since 8am. It's now 8:30pm.Your depot is around 10miles from my house

Crawley Depot have lied about attempting to deliver the parcel on 28th December 2022 and I am still waiting 6th January. Online chat can only do so much. I don’t think they have attempted to deliver it once. Avoid this company, totally useless. Its still sitting at the depot. Not worth 1 star. So frustrating
