Peter, the vet, was, as always, exceptional with our pets. The only suggestion I would make is for the reception staff, they could acknowledge people as they approach the desk. There have been a number of occasions where I have been stood waiting to check in my animal, and no one even looks up and says anything. Just a gentle be with you I'm a moment" would go a long way. My greyhound(Dusty) had SLO disease where he lost all his nails. The treatment has lasted around 2 months so far and is ongoing. I felt the need to review the Vet, Emily. She has been amazing from start to finish and my wife and i have been so impressed with her treatment of our dog. She researched the condition in her own time and has continually kept us informed of treatment required and how best to treat it.We cannot thank her enough for her handling of Dusty. I will make it my goal to tell anyone with pets of the whole professionalism of the practice from reception, nurses and vets.Well done all keep up the great work.

Been with NC since our lab was a puppy - now 18 months - registered at Sherborne branch but had to use Yeovil today for first time (Sunday opening) - exceptional service as always. Consistently good whoever you use! Most impressed by the whole team, we’ve seen several vets, the reception staff. Absolutely delighted with the support. Thank you

Good vets but very expensive mark up on treatments. one flea tablet for my dog cost £46 where, same treatment online costs £21 but then you will need a prescription which costs £18.50p so very little saving to go online, so they have got you both ways!!

After just putting our family dog down, took a minute to have a cry with family outside, receptionist came out shoving the card machine in our faces! Honestly disgusting and so inconsiderate. If i could put less than one star I would.

We recently transferred our two dogs to this vet as we weren’t happy with the practice we had been using in Martock. This practice is a welcome change! Vet was fantastic with our dog and it was evident that our dog liked her as she wasn’t bothered by the examination of her eye. The communications is really good and they have been really thorough in explaining to us what the problem might be, the biopsy results and possible next steps. Really glad we switched and would definitely recommend this independent practice.
