Timeless White

We had the most amazing wedding weekend I could have dreamed of, all thanks to Jamie and Timeless White Weddings!!! We currently live in the US, so when my husband and I chose his hometown of Inverness, Scotland to host our large wedding, it was quite the daunting task!! I had an instant connection with Jamie, and was impressed by their planning platform and previous work. 2 years of guidance, dedication and attention to detail and the wedding day was absolutely everything a girl could want!!Jamie was not only a wonderful wedding planner, but became a wonderful friend as well, being there for me to answer all questions and answer any fears that pop up as a bride. As an American bride, he guided me though what a Scottish wedding would look like and happily translated things for me (wedding breakfast vs supper). I could trust his taste and experience to execute my vision, and was never in doubt that all would turn out beautiful on the big day.There were so many moments through the day where Jamie went above and beyond for us! Guests told me they saw him flying down the path in search of a missing veil at one point!! He even took polaroid's on the dance floor, which turned out to be some of our favorites!It is a lot of work being a bride!! Money, emotions, time are all things we put into it this one day, so having a team like Jamie and TWW at your side to make sure you are making the right decisions is so important!!I cannot recommend Jamie and Timeless White Wedding enough!! We are forever grateful to have Jamie in our lives and there on such a big day. Thank you, Jamie!!

We cannot thank Emma enough for all of her help with our wedding. From the initial discussion, through the creative and logistical conversations, through the fine tuning of the timeline, to the on the day support, we’d have been lost without her. Her professionalism and passion for what she does shine through all aspects of her work. If considering a wedding planner, I would recommend Timeless White wholeheartedly.

Jamie was excellent in helping us plan our recent wedding, which was delayed twice due to COVID. We live in the States, so having someone local, who was very familiar with the venue, and who tracked all of the details was fantastic!

Emma + her team at Timeless white are INCREDIBLE. I was bracing myself for the stress, chaos, etc. that everyone warns you about when planning a wedding. And I never, not for one second, felt the pressure of wedding planning thanks to this team!!! Timeless White was even able to deliver a rainbow for our wedding ceremony (see photo). lol! Our event lasted three days and every moment really was absolutely perfect. I greatly appreciate all of the attention to detail, the communication, the care and the love.

I was lucky enough to work with Emma at stunning Scottish wedding. Although we hadn't met before, she made the communication prior to the wedding incredibly easy and was a dream to work with across the 3 days for the wedding. Her creativity, style and detail is second to none. You are in the safest hands and I'm genuinely excited to work with her again soon.

We both had a very special experience with Timeless White and especially with Jamie. Our wedding took place in Scotland but we are both living in England so without the local knowledge, experience with nearby suppliers and advice on the weather (!) our wedding planning stress would have easily doubled. Jamie was especially attentive on the day and made the bride feel so special and relatively stress free. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that in the period of 12-6 month's beforehand the communication level dropped off significantly as they had taken on too much work, although understandable with the post pandemic rush, it did need to be a lot better. That being said, very happy to recommend Timeless White and if you are lucky enough to have Jamie plan your wedding, you are in for a very special day.

When it came to planning our dream Scottish wedding whilst abroad, Jamie our wonderful planner and the lovely team at Timeless White truly delivered and gave us the wedding of our dreams! Everything was executed and organised to a T, and we couldn't have asked for anything more - truly the best and most stunning day! Jamie was fantastic to work with and a great support in the run up to and during the wedding. We were fortunate enough to also have the lovely Louise with us on the day and Emma was available to meet us and show us around our venue when we came to visit Scotland last year. We are truly grateful and highly recommend Jamie and the Timeless White team for planning the Scottish wedding of your dreams - we are still on cloud 9 after the most incredible wedding weekend!

My Wife and I hired Timeless White to help plan our destination wedding in Scotland and they were absolutely incredible to work with. Jamie Neil helped plan, budget, select vendors, and coordinate schedule with frequent contact prior to the wedding. He then made sure the rehearsal and wedding day were executed to perfection allowing us to enjoy our celebration without concern. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding, whether from Scotland or not!

What can I possibly say about Emma and Timeless White that will encompass everything they did for me? They set up all of my vendors and everything I needed for a destination wedding so all I did was show up three days before my wedding!! Emma knows everyone in the area, she is incredible to work with, and I honestly don't think it would have worked out even a little bit without her. I will be thankful forever that she helped make my wedding day more than I ever dreamed possible.
