Staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional, it is always a draining task to be served by any member of staff at this branch. It’s basically a who’s who of egotistical narcissists, if you can find a CeX more local to you I would suggest going to that one. Completely unintelligible people who barely have enough common sense to understand that they’re at work not at home.

My son brought in a game to trade but was told there were scratches and couldn't except it , which was quite annoying as he had bought the game from the same store in that condition..We'll be examining every disc purchased in future

Called in to have a screen protector put on my husband's phone. Only £10 ...it fits the screen completely unlike his previous. The whole process only took 15min. Very friendly staff, everything explained ... even got a 30day guarantee on the fitting.

Staff are patient, friendly and professional,much better ran than the cex at Washington Galleries. Plenty of choice from retro to modern. My only negative is if you are selling don't expect anywhere near what you could sell on for in a private sale, the profit mark up for cex is around 100%, everything I've sold has gone on to have double the price tag and sometimes more before I've even left the shop
