I recently purchased a set of custom-made furniture for my home office, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Strachan was the only company that was prepared to do exactly what we were looking for. The craftsmanship of the furniture is truly exceptional and all the process was really smooth.I want to give a special shoutout to the fitter, Robert, who did an outstanding job during the installation process. When you reach 80 years you need to plan for the day when you may become less safe in a two storey house so I contacted Strachan Furniture about a wall bed to be installed downstairs. I can report complete satisfaction with both service and product from the beginning to the end. Expensive? Yes but well worth the price especially when the buyer is treated with courteous, thorough and competent service.

Strachan's completely transformed our 3rd bedroom with the installation of a wall bed and surrounding units. Superb delivery on a challenging projectReally pleased with our bedroom furniture. Our Victorian house presents a few challenges but the final fit is superb and the attention to detail has certainly enhanced the whole room. Excellent communication at all times even though they had to arrange fitting on an island location. Highly recommended

Our first contact with Strachan was a visit by their designer, who listened to our requests, and within 45 minutes produced detailed CGI pictures of our proposed fitted furniture together with itemised costings. These were followed a couple of weeks later by detailed plans which met totally with our approval.On the day when fitment was due, both the delivery drivers and the fitter were polite, efficient, and went outside their remit to ensure that we were delighted with the finished product which accurately reflected the original designs. We could not fault the workmanship, nor the service provided at every turn by the various representatives of the company with whom we dealt. I cannot recommend Strachan highly enough.

I am absolutely thrilled with the service I have received from Strachan from quote to installation and everything in between.Firstly Stuart who dealt with our quote and original drawings was nothing but professional and helpful. Even when I decided that the drawings were not what we were looking for and had to have them completely redesigned, this was no problem. He was keen for us to get the best possible design that maximised the awkward space we have.Then every time I spoke to someone in the office particularly Sarah and Stuart they were nothing but professional and courteous. Even during times I was being challenging, like when I had to get a hatch put into the designs for access to a void we didn't know we needed, this was no hassle at all and they even sent out someone to remeasure the hatch at my request.When Kevin and Jonathan arrived they worked quickly and efficiently to dismantle the old wardrobe and even took the time to talk to my little boy who was really curious about what was happening in his house. Jonathan worked tirelessly throughout the three days to ensure that the wardrobe was fitted to the highest standard. He was clean and tidy, taking into consideration the fact that we were still having to sleep in the room at night. The precise angles and the high quality finish of the wardrobes show off the skilled tradesman that Jonathan is and I can't get over the quality of the work and product.When you buy from Strachan you are buying a quality product that you will be 100% happy with. It wasn't cheap, but I genuinely believe you pay for quality and I am so glad we chose Strachan and will again in future.

Strachan gave us an attractive proposal for a tricky master bedroom. The price was competitive and they committed to deliver in a very good time scale.They did everything that they promised, suggested some cost saving adjustments and after installation have left us with a smart, effective set of cupboards, drawers, shelves and more that truly enhance the room.We happily recommend them
