Platinum Ride Limo

I used Platinum for 11 boys on my sons 9th birthday and the service we received was exemplary. The booking was easy and confirmed near the date. The driver was friendly and professional and the kids had the most amazing time. I would highly recommend - very good price too :-)

We hired a limo to take our son and family up to Mayfair Register office for his wedding from Carshalton, south London. Our driver was exceptional, so helpful and courteous and patiently waited while we took pictures before starting on our trip. When we hit a standstill in the traffic due to an accident ahead, he managed to turn the huge limo and divert to another route to ensure we got to our destination on time. Huge respect for his driving skills and huge thanks for getting us to Mayfair with time to spare.

I hired a service through Platinum Ride Limo for my daughters prom and they were absolutely amazing. The driver arrived on time for the collection and was patient whilst we were busy taking photographs. The limo was really well equipped and clean.The company were attentive to every detail and very accommodating. Well worth the every penny spent and highly recommended. I will definitely use this service again.

Hired them for a friends surprise hen do. They were fantastic, the driver Francis was prompt polite and nothing too much trouble! Highly reccomend them to anyone, I will definitely be using again.

I booked a 13 seater excursion with this company for 10 people from Croydon to Epsom (single trip) for my friend's birthday. For £220 we were promised a complimentary bottle of champagne and a hour cruise, which were very happy with. I read the other good reviews and thought that it was a good company but it was proved to me that its was not the case.When discussing our plans over the phone with the man who I assumed owned the company (i don't know his name) I got the impression that he didn't really care about what we wanted and seemed very uninterested. His responses were very non nonchalant and mostly involved him just saying yeah yeah yeah" and it felt like he was brushing us off. We called him a second time to ask whether balloons could be put in the limo as something special for my friend and he didn't even remember our booking at first.I'm giving 3 stars only because the driver was excellent and made our experience really good. He arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and was friendly and helpful. He even agreed to drop some of our friends off on the way to our drop off location as they would not be coming with us to the destination. We had so much fun on the cruise on the way there and could not have been happier with HIS service.The only disappointment was that we did not get the complimentary champagne we were promised and we didn't get any balloons in the limo which we had requested over the phone. Also the man over the phone said we could choose between a white or black vehicle
