I would give it less than one star, we booked a table for an important occasion a month in advance, then to be told 5 days before we need to provide a deposit in 24 hours, despite asking if this was required when we booked 4 weeks ago. Okay one element of the deposit wasn't even the worst part, they insisted we spend £30 per head or order from the set menu. The manager khan was rude and unaccommodating, after explaining everything he has the audacity to treat us so poorly and asked why we cancelled our booking. Never tried before and won't be visiting either. Don't waste your time, with greedy people.

Awesome place to visit!Food was beyond amazing and the choices were brilliant especially as I'm vegetarian.My other diners selected meat dishes, which were equally amazing.Highly recommended!!!!

Positive: from the outside the restaurant had a nice atmosphere and looked nice with the decorations.Negatives:I do not normally give awful ratings but honestly we had a very bad experience. We were recommended by friends but I would not come here again or recommend to others. Overall the food was bland, burnt and overpriced.1. Atmosphere: where we were sat it was very dark to the point we had to use our phone torch to look at the menu. There were a few tables that did this. I asked for some additional lamps/lights but was ignored by the staff. We could not see what we were eating which is never a good sign. The ambience just wasn’t there due to the beaming blue neon light from the bar. You can see how dark it was as I had to use flash to take a picture of the food.2. Food: we had the Zara Special Menu Feast. Which involved mixed starters and had the mix meat (chicken and lamb). The starter was mediocre which was dips with pitta but the pitta was very thick. The meat was dry and very burnt. The chips were soggy and there was not a lot of flavour.There was a lot of food left on all of our plates.3. Service: Our drinks were slow and came after our starter. The staff weren’t attentive and ignored our issues. I was originally going to order the bigger platter for two but the waiter said to order separately therefore playing more per person ( we were a table of 3).

Cannot recommend more highly. Delicious food and made a special meal for me because of a series of allergens. Will definitely dine here again!!

Great location and romantic lighting/decor choices. Food was totally delicious and huge choice! Easy for vegetarians and vegans.Negatives- menu’s need reprinting, they were tatty and oil stained. Water bottles had rust on stoppers. We were never checked on, asked for drinks or desserts.Were on Michelin lists back in 2017/18 - it should now be removed from signs and menus as its far too out of date now to continue to be relevant to customers.

Wonderful food, cater for gluten and lactose intolerances really well (looking forward to trying the Gf bread!). Thanks for a super evening, highly recommended and we’ll be back!

The starters and mains recommend by the staff that we had was excellent! Full body of flavour and well balanced! Meats were charred beautifully and not over cooked. It's worth the money and we will certainly be back. Caution, the portions are quite big... So make sure you have the space!

Unfortunately the food is not the same quality as it was last year. Also only menu was available, why? I was not keen on eat a full menu...The starter was delicious, but main course was just ok .The dessert was kind of mix, no options to choose, for 5 of us, they served a mixed plate, whick was barely enough for 1 person. I left the restaurant little bit disappointed, not sure I will go again.....
