I’ve been training with Jonathan for 13 weeks and I have lost 27lbs so far. Jonathan helped me set realistic goals and is great at keeping you motivated and always checks in with you after your sessions. Jonathan also put a plan together for me outside of our 1-2-1 sessions so I know exactly what I’m doing when going to the gym. I have really enjoyed exercising again and that’s all down to Jonathan.

I came to Jonathan about 3 months ago with the goal of losing weight. Within the first few sessions he immediately made me feel comfortable and confident doing a variety of exercises. Jonathan has helped massively with my consistency in the gym and with my fitness in general. He has helped me set realistic but still challenging and achievable goals that are fun to work towards. After having a few months “off”, Jonathan has been very encouraging and accommodating with personal hurdles and has pushed me to become stronger and more confident in the gym than I have ever been before, and in a healthy way! I started seeing Jonathon in the early summer. I have had ongoing issues with low back pain, and I wanted to get stronger to actively stop this. I got great advice on what exercises I needed to do, and was walked through and coached to do them right, so as not to cause any injury. Jonathon was always positive and encouraging. Half a year later, my back feels better than ever, and I feel stronger than ever.

Jonny has helped me to completely change my mindset with regards to exercise and weight loss. I feel that I have now moved away from the idea of having to deprive myself of the things that I enjoy in order to lose weight. Instead, using a training plan that I can easily fit into my busy schedule, increasing my protein intake and making some very minor changes to my diet, I find that I have not only lost weight, but also built muscle, lost fat and I feel healthier, stronger and more confident.

Jonathan has been great from the get go - from a prompt message on Bark to the first call to getting started and the sessions afterwards. He instantly took on what my goals are and knew exactly what was needed to be done to achieve them. Jonathan is a very approachable and inviting person and found it easy to talk to him about anything. Would 100% recommend Jonathan if you have fitness goals but don’t have the confidence or knowledge to do it yourself - he is a great starting point.
