Bombay Lounge

Wrong address on their linked maps on google and they have placed a photo of someone else's house in West Side Blaina. The Bombay Lounge IS NOT IN west side and NOT the house in the photo and NOT at said postcode.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Curry and rice were tasteless, chips soggy and frozen, bhaji's floury and to top it all off, waited just under 2 hours for delivery when we were told it would be 40 minutes.Had much MUCH nicer indian meals from the microwave. I'd go as far as seeing it's one of the worst take outs I can remember having in my adult life.Dont say I didnt warn you

Shocking. Ordered at 8pm (they shut at 11.30pm so plenty of time) and food never came. Had a notification that said it had been delivered but certainly wasn't and still took the money from my bank account.Don't bother ordering from here, worst service out of any takeaway restaurant in Blaenau Gwent.Terrible.

Only recently heard that the Bombay lounge has opened up again . Just had our second meal and it's as good as the first . Which is to say.( awesome ) friendly staff excellent chef . fantastic food . Delivery drivers are friendly . No I'm not related to the owners or staff . Just think that they deserve the praise that they deserve . Glad to have such a lovely restaurant with lovely food . I just hope they go from stay .

On just eat it said estimated delivery time of 30 to 45 minutes. After I ordered it the actual delivery time changed to 1 hour 30, and still turned up after that. Wasn't worth the wait, the food was horrible, the chips tasted like they were cooked the day before and reheated in a microwave. The curries were bland in comparison to other Indians, nan bread was raw, could see where it was so thick parts hadn't been Cooked properly. I am not one for leaving bad reviews. So this is saying something. Avoid!!

Don’t bother offering from here! Ordered from just eat at 6:10 and it was delivered 8:50. The food was absolutely freezing cold. Didn’t taste good either. If I could rate this -10 I could.

Food had spilt everywhere in the bag, some containers were on their sides and squashed. Food was really bland and watery. The whole order was not worth £50. Also were later than suppose to be. Will never order from there again. Very unhappy!!.

Food was 1 hour late to start with .Put the food on the plate and ohhh my god!!!The chicken tikka masala was unbelievable! No taste at all and it was so watery rice was swimming. Terrible ! Will not be using this again!

i felt let down after an hour i had to phone to see were it was he was,nt rude but he was whats the were busy delivered in the end the girl was ok but looked rushed off her feet we were 2 pilau rices short but its my fault i should of phoned them and told them about it but it was getting late and i needed my food so i left it i dont know if you have changed chef but the biryani sauce was not as good as its been in the past this time it tasted funny like i said it could of been me sorry

Was told on ordering it would be 30 to 45 minutes. Delivered over hour and a half later than promised and when it did finally arrive the meal was incomplete. My Tandoori mix contained zero chicken tikka as advertised and the lamb was as tough as old boot leather and inedible. One portion of side salad and Nan missing. Taking orders under false pretences by promising delivery times they know they cannot possibly achieve and failing to provide goods that they have been paid for. No offer of any recompense when I phoned to ask where the rest of our meals were. First time I've ordered from here but never again, Completely sub-standard all round and should not be on the Just Eat or any other App.
