The pub very kindly allowed us into the bar with our dogs.I thought the.food pricey for what was served and my bruschetta bread was so hard I couldn't cut it with my knife and fork and had to tear it to be able to eat it. I also think the description on the menu was better than the actual meal. However the garlic pizza like bread was delicious. The place was busy as there was a market on behind it but maybe if I go back and pick something else I may be pleasantly surprised.

Did brunch here. The furniture was rather badly stained. Some of the cutlery was not terribly clean....and I thought the whole place really needed a good clean. The food was OK but mine was not terribly warm and service was slow. Also giving someone a cup of off-hot water and a tea bag is a really bad way to serve a cup of tea. It's not rocket science. It could be good with some TLC

Came here for brunch. The food was fantastic and the coffee was delicious. I'm gluten and dairy intolerant and Lauren (the general manager) was super helpful and offered off-menu alternatives to suit my needs. We were too late to order from the breakfast menu but the orders coming out looked brilliant and we'll definitely be back soon for breakfast!

Lovely place, great atmosphere. Food was great generally though those that had pizza were not impressed with the way it was cooked. Service was slow but very friendly and welcoming. Would return in future

First time eating here as The Lost Boy, loved the inside when we walked in, great atmosphere! We came in for dinner last weekend, for my mother in law's birthday. I have to say it was actually really disappointing. Started off ok, attentive service and drinks arrived quickly.Food very overpriced for what it is! I ordered the special starter (sourdough, avocado& prawn) and they missed off the sourdough so I had to query that. Came back really burnt, all I could taste was charcoal it wasn't pleased. My starter looked like it was just dumped on the plate, so didn't really look that great. I ordered the sirloin steak as a treat, asked for it rare and it was medium. It was also chewy and quite fatty. Our steaks also arrived without any steak knives or fresh cutlery as we had used ours for starter, so again I had to ask for these. We ordered puddings and again no spoons arrived so had to get up and ask for these. The service wasn't great I thought and could be improved. I wouldn't return to the lost boy you eat, too overpriced and lacking service & good food.

Visited this place today before returning home. Had a weird atmosphere, was like it was open, but closed at the same time. Not much atmosphere but it was a Monday. Ordered coffee and some fries, but the coffee was very weak and watery, and the fries never arrived. I asked 20 minutes after ordering how long they were going to be, she never returned to let me know, and after a further 15 minutes, I left. My partner wanted me to goto the bar to get a refund, but I couldn't be asked. First and last time I will be visiting that place.

Good food and good service even though it was very crowded. Had to wait a while for the sweets but they came in the end. We had a less mobile lady with us and found the level access door locked - not very good as it has a dual purpose!
