Porsche Centre Cardiff

This is the first time we have used Porsche Cardiff to purchase vehicle parts for our workshop. The service is absolutely brilliant from start to finish, they even went out of their way to make sure the part was delivered earlier than expected. I’ve purchased cars from several dealerships over the years and I would say the service I received at Porsche Cardiff was the best I’ve had to date. Aaron dealt with me throughout and completed my handover. He was great and made my handover worth the 3:30hour drive. The preparation of the car was also one of the best I’ve had, it looked brand new, and the optional ceramic coating was applied correctly which is rare from a dealership! Jac was also very helpful to get the right price for my part ex to get the deal over the line.The centre itself has some great stock that I was able to look around while I was waiting and upon completion I even got a bag full of Porsche gifts which made it even better. Would definitely use again in future.

Really poor experience from start to finish. Bought a Cayman 718 S from the Cardiff Centre spending close to £1000 a month and received nothing but trouble throughout the 1 1/2 years I had the car. I have requested on several occasions a manager contact me to discuss the below, as they haven't they can use this review instead.1. Very first point of contact I arranged to test drive a Cayman 718. Turn up at arranged date and time and the car wasn't available. Time wasted off work for nothing.2. Part exchanged my old car at the centre. The car was moved from the Centre without being taxed. Queue a year of debt collectors and parking tickets for a car I no longer owned.3. Car failed 14 months in and had to be towed roadside by Porsche roadside assistance.4. The car was misdiagnosed by service team and took me a month until I received it back. I paid £1000 to drive an A2 for a month.5. The service team kept my car offsite as they have limited space, and got pelted in birds mess during this process.6. When I finally received my car, the wheel arch had been dented by the tow company.7. The spare key couldn't be set up due to a nation wide issue and was left with just 1 working key.8. I decided to get rid of the vehicle due to the ongoing problems with Porsche Centre Cardiff. When notifying Porsche that I had now sold the car elsewhere I receive a very unprofessional message from a member of the finance team advising they were really disappointed I didn't sell to them.Well Justin Hewett. I'm glad that I am not the only one who has been left disappointed by the experience from this car.

An exceptional Porsche Centre. Staff left us alone to browse. A far better set up then Dublin Centre!

The best Porsche centre in the UK! Customer service is always professional. Fortunately, Porche cars are extremely reliable. Hence, there are many classic models used on a daily basis, and you never see a new broken down Porsche on the road. So, having said that, the servicing/repair at this dealer is fantastic. To all the team there, Jamie and Michalel keep up the great work!
