Very helpful. Lady and gent in store. Nice to be able to support local and not purchase online. They have a great variety of fine jewellery as well as a good range of watches and the like. Next time you are looking for a gift give them a try. Easy to find on the Sandown High street. Their is 1 hour free parking right outside.

RUDE RUDE RUDE PLEASE AVOID! My partner went to have a look for wedding rings and the owner wouldn't even let her in the door. Baring in mind we have a £10k budget, they've potentially lost out on a huge sale! Felt instantly judged, probably because we look young and maybe looked not so well dressed. I can see on here this isn't the only review that mentions poor customer service. The owners / staff need to take a good look at themselves and stop judging people and you never know, you may make a few more sales! Never going back and would advise others to stay away

Very friendly. Nice selection. Also sells handbags and Yankee candles. Bit more expensive than online but well worth it for the quality and friendly expert help. Wheelchair accessible entrance and throughout.

Really surprised to read some of the reviews on here. Been using this jewellers for 12 years and only ever had a great experienceThe owner is friendly and helpful and the prices are reflective of the quality of the product. If you want cheap, go to Argos.I won't buy jewellery anywhere else.
