Choose Randox as recommended by airline for COVID-19 test at Dublin airport. Through the government of the destination linked website I paid for the test and then as directed called the Randox health call centre to make the appointment, two calls later and neither agent spoken to were able to make a reservation, even telephone their clinic at the airport. hardship prompts travel these days, and in my case it was bereavement of a parent. In the days of technology, even ancient methods such as the telephone, nobody should ever have to write such feedback. Incredibly poor and disjointed service. i recommend the other option (Vidacare) you will be granted the courtesy of contacting the clinic directly, and the following reservation process is swift and uncomplicated. Like it should be.

AVOID. Order pre-departure tests and my result came back 'unclear'. Had to cancel my holiday as it was too late to do another test. I understand results can be unclear, but Randox refused to refund me. My wife did the test and packaged it exactly the same way and her result came back negative. I wouldn't be surprised if they purposefully make some results unclear to force you to pay more for their rapid tests at Airports.

Drove there to collect two day two PCR tests (Monday 25th October 2021). It was closed and there was no explanation on the outside of the building to explain the closure. Tried to phone the listed Randox number but it was an endless queue which wasn’t answered. Disgraceful lack of service.

Had a great experience at the crumlin clinic with Sharon Bell. She made me feel very at ease explained everything well. My report was very useful and I'm looking forward to seeing some of the improvements in my health on the next visit.

Very polite customer service. I got my PCR home kit test results in just 6 hours after the lab had received my sample and on top of that it was a Sunday! Extremely fast results, I am very satisfied.

Disappointed by two issues today firstly I had booked and paid for my pre flight test £60 but did not receive any email confirmation, they kindly still honoured my appointment as I had proof of payment.Secondly I attended with my partner and was taken aback at how the receptionist treated him as he is unable to wear a mouth covering. He agreed to wear a visor but was asked to step outside. Medically exempt people should be respected as such. Next time we will use the at home test. Expensive and unpleasant.

I booked a home test kit for £120 and received a test with faulty cap on on tube which I did not realise until received unclear test result due to leaking. When I did the test it looked loose but I trusted this is how it should be. My test was also lost by their carrier DX and delivered later adding extra stress. Once it was delivered I received unclear result due to the sample was leaking. It is not my error but Randox does not take responsibility. They say I should have returned if it was faulty. First of all I did not realise it was. I had to force the cup on but it was ok. Secondly there is no time to return. they have to make sure they send good quality test kit at first time and in case they cannot provide the service I paid for they should refund. I want Randox to refund my money. I am losing hundreds of pounds because of this..not to mention the enormous stress I have been through. Don’t book a test with them. It is too expensive and test kit is not fit for purpose and they do not care about their customers. Go to a clinic instead. Wish I booked with someone else.

We paid for the tests, they arrived. My wife never got a result for one of her test. We contacted them, they asked for the utr number which we provided, but they never replied. They are only interested about taking your money, when they make a mistake they will not take any responsibility.
