Bought a settee with the guarantee of delivery on a particular day. Unfortunately the person in the shop had written my phone number down incorrectly and for that reason the driver wouldn't deliver it. Their best solution was for me to book a day off work for a re-delivery and lose a days wage, or to give a neighbour my house keys.Was made to feel like it was my fault. They did at least give me my money back. It's a shame because I really liked that settee too, and you should support charities.

This place is not wheelchair accessible which is a real shameThey have a ramp to one of the upper levels but was meant with shock and horror and anger from the workers when I tried to walk on this to test how steep it was for my partner ina. WheelchairIt was too steepAnd the second upper section had no ramp at all.Very poor show, major improvement needed

Turned down at least £200 as wasn't prepared to be flexible on collection time. I have an antique dresser in storage at Grantham and I'm driving from Portugal to my storage unit and will be there Saturday afternoon. Because I wasn't there all day, they turned it down even though I was told it would make the charity a lot of money. Disgusting, inflexible approach to obtaining donations. Need to seriously look at your processes!!!

Why are your vehicles driving over the pavement to reach the carpark, you should have the curb lowered, with council permission and paying a fee, and paying a registered contractor to lover the pavement,,, also your no parking notice is tosh, you can not stop people parking as you should not be driving over the un lower pathJust because your a charity does not make you exempt,,, others included ne have had to pay to have this work done correctDo the right thing or get reportedMr Parker making Grantham great AGAIN
