Booked a Build & Paint session for my son and I, and had a fantastic experience! We learned how to prepare, build and paint figures.Paints, brushes and even a free starter figure were all provided.The staff were highly knowledgeable, helpful and patient.

Popped in on the fly on a day off. Had a great chat with a fantastic member of the team there (Paul I think), and we discussed old-school Warhammer (I haven't played /painted since the late 90s - early 00s). We talked about the Horus Heresy books, how the figures have changed and improved over the years. Before I left, he gave me a couple of figures for my kids to build and paint. I'll definitely be back myself soon to do some painting and socialising too. A great store, a great way to spend some time and the store and staff are a massive credit to Games Workshop. Thank you!! :-) *****

Popped in while visiting Chester and the staff were very welcoming from the second we walked in, I didn’t catch their names but they helped us decide what units we would buy and even some customer paint ideas to try. Me and my partner spent well over an hour just chatting and having a laugh with the staff. Over all one of the best shopping experiences of my life.
