Always hard to get a vibe in here as layout is all wrong. DJ booth should be where the VIP area is. Current location creates a bottle neck especially with the booths on either side. Nights spent being jostled by people walking by. Smoking area hot as hell as fans for AC are located out there. Also a really unsafe area not cordoned off which has the potential to be fallen into. AC is good and toilets clean. However not a venue I will be frequenting again.

I went to the stone love party last month. The place was crowded so obviously it will be hot. I asked a few members of staff to please put the air conditioning on, she said “ok” but half an hour later, I realised it wasn’t on. I went outside in the smoking area to get fresh air, on my way back inside, I asked one of the security if the air conditioning wasn’t working. He replied, “Yes but every week is the same thing because the manager refused to put it on.” I asked him who is the manager, the security pointed me in the right direction.I went to the manager and asked him please to put the A/C on and he replied and said “ I shouldn’t be talking to him, I should be telling one of his staff instead” I told him that I had already done so but the A/C still isn’t on. One of the girls behind the bar was looking at me whilst I was interacting with this man so I called her over and asked again to please put the A/C on because everyone in here was suffering but again my wish fell on deaf ears!I don’t think I will be going back to this place again... nope, you lot not getting my money!!!!

I've been to this venue many times. Very spacious. Good music from dancehall to r&b. The staff -security and bar staff- (I believe 2 Brothers of mixed heritage are very professional), friendly and attentive to your needs.I celebrated" my Birthday last September 2019 at Nuvo Lounge. It was an ALL WHITE AFFAIR. Everyone had a great time....The downside is the lack of air conditioning in the VIP section..."

Went there for a party. The venue is a decent size but the sound system wasn't the best. It wasn't awful but the speakers lacked a bit of bass so the sound had more treble than I would have liked. That may not necessarily be an issue with the venue, it could have been the DJ set-up so that is my only criticism.

The music was in point all night. The air condition was good through out, but the bar service could definitely improve. Overall, it was very good. I'm ready to return. Just do better at the bar.

Loved the revamp of this venue. Its clean and welcoming staff are fab. Good security and I would not hesitate to come to an event at this venue again

This was my favourite venue for Bashment dances back in the days and I am glad it has reopened. I hoping it can recreate the vibes it had before. The venue is quite spacious and has that party feel to it. The ladies that usually attends are the hottest around and fellas do make an effort. The DJs usually booked are the most popular on the London scene.

Club is a sweat box.....Air Conditioner NOT WORKING ( 20/04/20) music sounded distorted. Place is nicely decorated and a good space but uncomfortable because it was like a sauna. Looking at the other reviews I see the AC is a long standing problem......will not be going back

This is a great club! Friendly door staff and spotless interior. The crowd on last Friday night's bashment/dancehall event were mature and friendly. I very much enjoyed myself with great music played by Londont's finest DJs. A special thanks to DJ Mix Masters who never disappoints! Will definitely go back! I highly recommend this club!
