Undertook an annual service, passed and issued certificate, same evening after I used the boiler for first time after service, it wasn’t working, they sent the same engineer the next day who identified an issue, asked me to make a claim on my maintenance policy, did and was advised beyond economical repair (it was working absolutely fine before annual service).MD advised he wouldn’t even fix as not worth it, leaving me with a £2000+ expense for new boiler. Not happy at all.

These guys are the best! Over and beyond on customer service, had a leaking tap for over a month, tried a few things, in the end called at 1 minute past 9 this morning, by 1pm one of the owners, in between quote appointments came and fixed it ! We did think it would be a new tap etc.Honestly all staff are polite and friendly they completely re plumbed my house bathrooms and en-suites 3 years ago and today proved again once a valued customer always a valued customer, Thanks all at Earlsdon for your brilliant attitude to your customers you are 1st Class!!

10 years ago Earlsdon heating fitted a new Worcester Bosch boiler, new water tank, new loft tank also re-piped and fitted new radiators. I had a 7 year warranty for the boiler which went wrong after just a number of weeks. The Worcester Bosch guy come out and refused to work on the boiler as it had been installed right on top of the cylinder tank. This culminated in a meeting between Earlsdon heating owner and two Worcester Bosch directors plus four engineers all in my pretty small bathroom. What was actually discussed was never revealed but the owner of Earlsdon heating assured me I never have a problem with engineers visiting in the future. Not completely believing these assurances I even offered to go halves to move boiler to a satisfactory place. It is now 10years since the install and without informing me Worcester Bosch ceased repair visits on the grounds of health and safety. I once again reengaged with Earlsdon heating and was promised a quotation for a new boiler to be installed correctly this time according to installation regulations. I am sad to say that once again despite assurances from Dean (the boss) that I would receive a quotation, Earlsdon heating have never responded. There is evidence of a strong bond between Worcester Bosch personnel and Earlsdon heating and neither it seems cares about its customers. Please beware.

Great family run business, great staff and left the job clearer than they found it! I’ve recommended them to all my friends and family!!!
