This was my first time dealing with Ross’s. I found the online interface intuitive and user friendly and the registration process was not cumbersome as is the case on some similar sites. I was hugely impressed to discover that my items were dispatched the very next day and arrived promptly. They were very carefully packaged and exactly as described. Excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I have bought mainly paintings online from Ross's over the past few years and have never had any issues. The items were as depicted and condition as stated. I have always found the staff courteous and very efficient. Any supplementary condition reports, or request for additional photos, was dealt with promptly. The painting were shipped within a reasonably time frame, very securely packed and delivered by courier. I have no hesitation in recommending this auction house and have found dealing with them easy and rewarding.

Ross auction where very nice and accommodating on email and offered to hold my items for two weeks for me to pick up which I greatly appreciated. Will definitely be purchasing again.
