Excellent guidance from the vet that has really helped my cat get his groove back! Cost effective too so I would certainly recommend

I was very happy with the treatment of my cat. He was very well looked after and his surgery was very quick. The staff were brilliant. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best vets in Folkestone. Thank you companion care..

My dog needed an anaesthetic for an x ray but was not informed that the cost would be £900 prior to the treatment.I was told she would need surgery at a cost of £4500. When I went for a second opinion I was told physiotherapy would be the best option. This was never suggested as an option by companion care.When I booked a physio and needed a referral form filled in by a vet, companion care refused to fill in the form.A dreadful service all round

Called me up while my dog was in their care, barraged me with treatments she needed with costs. I asked how much this would cost in total, so I could make sure I had the money available. They told me a figure of £630. When I picked her up it had jumped to over a thousand pounds. Telling me they had explained everything on the phone, not that they had to do more treatments, just that I must have just misunderstood. I think I know the difference when told a number. An absolute rip off, definitely will not use again!

I have had nothing but excellent. caring service from this surgery.love them and would not take my 4 anywhere else.My Bobby would not be with me now as he was a sickly rescue kitten from Romania and for most of the first year it was touch and go. Then he became a healthy tom boy, very inquisitive and prone to accidents for a few years and again they saved him another few times. They were wonderful to me too, and always had time to explain and talk to me. What other Companion care vets are like I cannot comment but Folkestone are brilliant.

The vet we saw was Antony lam, he is always very thorough when examing our pets and gets down to there level. He listens, he examines and explains everything. Excellent vet in our opinion

We have been with companion care for nearly 4 years now, and cannot fault them at all. Our pup recently became very sick and all of the staff have been amazing. Not only have they shown excellent care towards our pup, they have shown immense support towards us. We highly recommend using this lovely vets!

Friendly, helpful and happy staff, one receptionist in particular used her initiative to circumnavigate a one day delay due to the vets absence. The practice overall has a happy and welcoming atmosphere and is very clean.

Just awful customer service... Was sent a suprise bill for a consultant appointment that we HAD to make after a worrying lump appeared days after our cats vaccination.. although they say you get 2 weeks of free insurance, I wouldn't listen to that.No communication or being told of such payments, as we believed they carried this all out for good will at the time, as no one said anything.After being checked, they then confirmed that it was the vaccination that cause this lump...so the moral of this story is I had to pay to get something they did.. right.. maybe I'm being a bit over dramatic, but the willingness to help us from the woman on the desk wasn't great at all.. You need to pay this. When will you pay this? ".. not even bothered about the concerns that were caused by them.."
