Not enough space. Payment machines don't work well. Shoppers parking should be free.

Not good for elderly people if you haven't got a smart phone, even though we did it took 20mins to sort payment. Couldn't scan qr code due to reflections, then had to go outside cinema to pay due to no internet signal! All in all not a good experience. Think i'll wait till new releases hit sky or freeview. Never again!!!!

Not happy it closes at 6.30pm Monday to Friday. I parked my car at 4.49pm went to get my nails done was around 10mins late returned to find all entrance s and exit s locked and no customer services no to contact so will have to go pick my car up at 7 30am so I can do to work I start at 8 30am so disappointed.
