Green Flag contracted this company to pick up my car from France. It took 12 weeks. Maybe not totally this company's fault but they did nothing to inform me of progress. I had to chase up at every turn. They never contacted me first. When car was eventually delivered to the repair garage I had booked, it was late in the evening and only by chance was someone there. A phone call on the day would have helped.

Terrible communication from their office!Called six times today and each time they assured me that they were going to recover my company vehicle, stayed in all day and it’s now 21:15 at night and no one has arrived and no one has even phone to say why. Only communication is s as hen I phone up to chase, then they say there is traffic on the M2 and driver is stuck, and yet Highway’s England says both east & west are free running with no delays!Terrible service!

I’m only giving this company a 3 star rating because of the abysmal lack of communication…Green flag contracted out the repatriation of my motorcycle via another company called Opteven, who then subbed the job out to D&G.I feel there have been way too many companies involved in this whole process, and a dare say the severe lack of communication between them all was due to this fact.. it was only pure chance I happened to be home today, as I had not received any notification the bike was being delivered today.This is no reflection of the driver who returned my motorcycle to me, with care and consideration. He was an absolute gem, really polite, helpful and decent fella.. so thank you Sean for returning my bike.I understand that you (D&G Assist) obviously have a lot of responsibility as a company during these operations however, please sort out your lines of communication.. none of the online links to your website or email work, and there’s no response via your social media platforms!! It’s 2022, you really aught to get with the program.!!Anyway my motorcycle is finally home after many weeks of waiting (not entirely your fault) so thank you for that at least.Kindest Regards.

Our car broke down and one of their technicians lied on the feedback form that the car was okay to drive when it wasnt and never called for help for us to get home (which he said he did) which made us wait more than 12 hours in a services station. One of us has a lot of health conditions and this could have turned very badly. Car broke down at 1:30pm and we got home at 4:40am. Absolute Joke. You are lucky we arent suing you.. yet.

Am a green flag member, who apparently use D&G for some things. Hit a pothole in the middle of nowhere, causing a puncture. Then found that my locking nut had been gunned on so tight it had ruined the key, so was stranded. Mechanic came out extremely quickly but sadly couldn't help, as it was so badly damaged, so he arranged recovery on the spot for us. Recovery came quickly and got us home. Communication from the office was exceptional throughout, with regular updates and both the mechanic and recovery driver were so helpful and went above and beyond for us. Thank you to everyone involved.

Violent driver speeding and honked at us for using a round about correctly, then tried to intimidate us by driving right up our boot. If this is how they treat people on the roads I can’t imagine the assistance they provide is very good.

Was hit last night by one of their drivers. Driver did stop but flatly refused to give his details. Took photos of their truck and reported to insurance company. Unfortunately although clearly the other drivers fault the insurance company are saying it is likely that blame will be on both of us. Most unfair

Driver of this van just went for a pee on our private land at the rear of our house. Charming guy. No apologies when caught out.

Efficient service and friendly driver after recovering my car from scene of accident. Went out of their way to ensure my personal belongings, which had to be left in car after the accident, were kept safe.
