their drivers are bad too.ignore weight limits and drive on footpath when they meet heavy goods head on.the very thing the limit is trying to avoid.i would show them the door lol.

They put doors in to my new build. Appalling job. They still have yet to fix th e problem after 4 months

They lost all trace of my order, and now it is going to be 13 weeks since I ordered it before it is delivered

Our housing Association had this company replace our old doors. They did a really poor job. Doors were rushed and put in crooked and have now warped. Still under warrenty yet they ignore contact to repair the bodged job!!I DO NOT recommend them to anyone! Or maybe they just think that council houses don't matter!!

DON’T USEI am a site manager for a house builder and let me tell you they are absolutely appalling. I was told that there lead time were 8 weeks. I have been waiting 15 weeks to be told that my order of doors in currently in assembly and awaiting quality control? Now I don’t have a degree in maths but I am sure 16 is more than 8. Communication is bordering between non existent and communicating with the dead. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Been at my new building property for 23 months and still waiting on the doors to be replaced as there are gaps in the frames and the door edges have blown so there are gaps in the doors themselves. IG doors blame the carpenter and vice versa. It's been an absolute nightmare and has wasted hours of my time and energy. Avoid at all costs. One star is too much.

I ordered 2 styrenes frame from thiscompany before Christmas last year and requested overnight delivery.The order arrived but without invoice, as this order is for our company so i send email to them requesting invoice,but they send me delivery note, and i requested invoice,then they sent me the invoice with wrong address and company name,then i asked then to correct the address and company name ,but the same invoice was sent to me again, then i called the account manager,she said it is not able to change it,then i complained to manager, the manager refused to issue a proper invoice and asking me to make complaint as i want, then just hanged up the phone,this is a horrible company with horrible customer service,unefficient team, not consider about customer,careless, and very rude!I would never ever buy anything from them nor recommend to any of my friend!I don't want to give them even one star!

Shocking experience - save yourself hours of stress and go with somebody else. After saying my door was ready for delivery on a Friday (didn’t turn up) the following week they said it failed quality control, 2 weeks later they forgot to put it on the delivery palette. After drop off I had a smashed glass and deep scratch on the door and no parts so it couldn’t be fitted - when returned it’s not classed as a priority, goes back into a queue system. I cancelled on Friday due to the messing around and they said they’re doing all they can to help and will sort it. Still haven’t heard off them.

I ordered the front fire door through my local council who uses IG Doors as their supplier. After taking the money, it took them 4 months to process my order. I don't know how they survive having such ridiculous lead times. Do they grow doors on trees?

I wouldn't even rate them 1 star. Had 4 doors so far and they can't seem to get it right. QC manager should be fired.Every door on Grosvenor park - Attleborough site has the same fault!!!
