This company is the BEST!!! - Fast collection and Delivery. Great communication, just a phone call away and quick clear information. I never usually leave reviews but they are EXCEPTIONAL.Story:I have had a year of constant problems with my MacBook Pro 2020, crashing, kernel panics, It has been sent off to apple multiple times and continuous problems persisted. Along with this the turnover times where extremely long, many weeks without a machine I work on.I fortunately got a repair case opened with apple to have the repair done by Group 8, A GOD SEND. Every problem I have had has been resolved in a fraction of the time (days instead of months). I can't thank them enough, thank you David.

Faultless customer service. 1. You can speak to a real person (unlike Apple which uses a voice automated help desk). In an emergency (MacBook broke just at exam time), the Group8 assistant was speedy, helpful and they have a streamlined collection service with DPD and they even send the padded boxes to put your device in and it is sealed in front of you. Excellent, professional service with proper joined up thinking! Highly recommend for laptop repairs.

Brilliant service experience. Service was arranged by Apple technical support as no slots available in store. Really glad I could use Group 8 vs. Apple Store. Unit collected from home (no hassle DPD provide a secure create), repaired quickly and returned to me. They use DPD which means you can also get a better handle on collection and delivery times (and even pay small fee to guarantee morning). Machine arrived back in perfect condition.Highly recommended and a big thanks..

I was very, very impressed with the service I received from Group 8. Due to my job working in HR and office operations I have used used a number of different 3rd party Apple repair shops + Apples own in-house service in the past I can categorically say Group 8 is the best one.I was able to easily book a slot for the apple.com website on the same day which was great. Once I turned up at the Group 8 office to drop the laptop off, I was greeted by one of the technicians who instantly put me at ease and knew exactly what he was talking about regarding the problem with my laptop.As the laptop was my only means of getting work done, they set realistic expectations on when I might get it back. They completed the job ahead of schedule which meant I had very little down time.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using Group 8 for any issues with any of your Apple products. I feel very lucky to have them on my doorstep in Edenbridge.Special thanks to David and the also the receptionist who was patient with me calling up a few times!

Amazing turnaround. I dropped my MacBook off on Wednesday before I went away & returned back today (Sunday) and it was delivered at home. Apple approved repairer. Fantastic service for a battery replacement on a MacBook. Also provides a repair diagnosis/assessment for £42 (£35+vat) - a very affordable way to have an expert check your device for issues. Highly recommended.

Apple set up my computer repair with Group 8 and I am very satisfied with the service. They call with updates on the repair of your device and they pick up the phone when you call! I had my computer repaired during the holidays and they kept it safe when the post wasn’t running so it wouldn’t sit in a mail depot. Highly recommend
