O2 Shop Cramlington

As a new O2 customer I contacted the store to ask if they would assist in setting up my new sim card in my phone. They said no. Not a very good to O2 Customer care.. Very disappointed and tempted to cancel my Contract.

Very unhelpful coming to end of my phone contract with 02. Wanted to move to a sim only plan, had already tried ringing customer services and went into the shop for help but was told they couldn't help.Happy to take your money for new phone but not for a sim only plan.No customer service

After no help from o2 on the phone for 2 days Cramlington shop. A lovely man called Brian sorted everything for me in a few hours, from updating my software to retrieving my old number which had been cancelled. Thank you again

Great shop bn a customer for past 19 yrs with o2 always first class and friendly and they always go out there way to help u or solve ya problem

Visited the shop on Friday for assistance spoke to Gary could not be more helpful a credit to o2 thank you

Brilliant service from the staff here. He was very patient, as I'm not very technical, and supported me to get my phone working properly again.

Very poor service and communication. Never answer the phone and when they are spoken to they don’t take responsibility.

The member of staff wasn't very helpful even to the point she wouldn't change the delivery address and said I can do that myself. It was bizzy and the computer won't work so maybe on a different day. I got the phone I want

Bought an IPhone 13 and SIM from o2 online store as I am 63 and total technophobe, I took it to Cramlington o2 shop and asked them to set it up for me, NO can’t touch it you did not buy it from us the advisor said !!!! I will put your SIM card in go home connect to your internet and do it yourself !!!. After trying all night to do it, I returned to the store same advisor said ( not even trying to show interest) you must have a faulty IPhone. Go to IPhone store in Metrocentre ( 20 mile away) went there nothing wrong with phone, went to 02 in Metro Centre they checked it it was a faulty SIM card and replaced it straight away then checked everything before I left to make sure it was perfect. CRAMLINGTON o2 shop will only sell you a phone not interested if you need service or advice APPALLING UNINTERESTED STAFF AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST
