Lisa’s prices have gone up so much it’s absolutely ridiculous.Last time she clipped my cat, she did a terrible job! Clumps out everywhere, rushed it (yet still wanted full pay) didn’t even dare let my cat out near the neighbours she looked so awful.Sorry to say but we now go Elsewhere here.You got too greedy Lisa & too slap dash.

I would definitely recommend The Cat Spa. Our cat Rolo was very calm and Lisa was amazing at keeping her calm. Rolo is matt free now and strutting her stuff. The price was very reasonable and it was nice to be able to be present through the whole process.I will definitely use them her again.

Lisa and Mia are lovely! They were very good with my Persian, Simba, who needed a sanitary shave. They went above and beyond, giving me a lot of useful tips on Persian cat care. So friendly and caring, I will definitely go back!

Lisa did a fantastic job with our cat we've never taken her to a groomers before and we couldn't be happier with Lisa's services she really looked after our cat and did an amazing job. It's been a few weeks since we took her for a wash and dry and she still smells amazing and her fur still looks great! I'm convinced it's also made her much happier she's not as grumpy as usual! Thanks again Lisa would highly recommend the cat spa!

Lisa has groomed my maincoon cat Star for 5 years now. She’s always done such a wonderful job with her. Lisa’s kind disposition and love for cats really shows in her work. I find her prices really reasonable especially compared with other groomers across the midlands. I wouldn’t take Star anywhere else! I’ve added 3 photos to show the different types of cuts Star has with Lisa.
