Fantastic surgery brought in my small dog Leo today for his nails to be clipped he can be very difficult at times but want to praise the vet nurses who was absolutely amazing with him he instantly loved the nurse & she clipped all his nails & applied his spot on with ease thank you for being so professional & kind to Leo

After my own Vets failed to offer an appointment for my dog Dexter I contacted Vets 4 Pets. After explaining the problem (he was limping) was offered an appointment straight away. Dexter saw Vet Tabita who took the time to check him over properly , ask questions, and agree a plan of treatment. She was very knowledgeable and showed me an example of what was wrong with his joints. I have no hesitation in recommending this Vets practise. The reception staff were also lovely. They already put in my Petplan claim for me, and re check appointment booked.

Everything about the service. Staff on reception were incredibly helpful, efficient and professional. Any issues that arose were sorted quickly and with minimal/no inconvenience to myself. The nurse and vet staff were fantastic- explained all procedures thoroughly, answered my questions and checked I understood, handled the kittens with ease and care, worked with their temperament not against. I felt completely confident and comfortable for the staff to handle and treat my kittens and was impressed with their efficiency- which did not compromise the service they provide. The cost of the vaccinations, neutering, health checks is fantastic value. The various packages offered were explained well and compared against individual cost so I could make a decision. I will be using this service again in the future for anything my kittens need. Incredibly satisfied- in fact I am impressed.

It seemed as though no other vet was taking on new clients but vets 4 pets is. I’ve moved down with my cat and I was impressed that they fitted me in within 4 days. The vet also had read the notes on my cat and seemed prepared.

Excellent, caring, professional advice, with consideration to my pocket! Dan gave us options and solid advice. Good value and even better when I joined the health plan that Vets 4 pets offer. Reception was very friendly and helpful also. Rosie is very nervous and Dan was great with her. I was impressed with Rosie considering it was such a different environment and a new person to experience very quickly, this can be put down to Dan being so relaxed with her I believe. We can forgive a snarl when injected, nodoggy likes needles! Thank you, she's already stopped scratching!

Had to have my dog euthanized here. Obviously very traumatic and hard for me, but the staff were very caring and patient. I was very touched a week later to receive a hand written condolence card and some other bits. Would recommend to anyone. They seemed to genuinely care about the animals in their care and made a hard day a little easier. So thank you to all the staff

They were so kind and understanding when 2 of my cats died a few wks apart.one was 22yrs old and the other had complications.They were so caring when another had to go in for an op.

They are outstanding I can't recommend this place enough what they have done for me and my pablo I can't thank them enough if I could give 10 stars I would. The staff are extremely friendly and professional and as for the manager well what a fantastic bloke he is he went the extra mile to help me out when I got myself into a bit off a situation thankyou very mich to him to
