AT LOCKSMITHS BRISTOL

We accidentally broke the handle on one of our bifold doors, or more accurately the mechanism inside was completely broken by us necessarily being heavy-handed with poorly installed doors. My husband and I phoned several local locksmiths and even made contact with the manufacturer; all of whom were adamant that nothing could be done and we should either give up on being able to open that section (fortunately it was in the locked position) or replace all 4 doors! All very depressing.However, after our casting net wider we luckily found Archie. Contact was instant and an appointment was made for the next day (we were lucky he had appointments nearby). On the phone he did not make any promises but made us feel that if it could be done, it would be done. There was to be no charge unless he could do the work; his ethos, not our demand. He arrived on time the next day and declared he was confident that he could fix our problem but a replacement part had to be ordered by him. This was a Thursday afternoon; by early Monday evening (within hours of the part arriving) he had fixed the ‘unfixable’ mechanism on the bifold door, adjusted the door alignments and changed some of the ineffective locks on other doors in the house.Archie’s rates are very reasonable and he is clearly very good at what he does. He is both charming, professional and an excellent communicator. His work was done with pride and expediency. We were really pleased with job and the price. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his services.

Came out same day, after another locksmith, advised lock was not available and it looked faulty. He checked and found the right one and fitted with in 3 days. Pleasant polite through out both visits. defiantly recommend.

Archie was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and checked our rear door locks whilst he was fixing our front door lock.He was able to demonstrate 1st hand how easy it was for someone snap the lock.I called him 1st thing in the morning and he turned up as promised 30 minutes later.Great friendly service and lives up to his moto, can afford.Can you afford not to have the best locks for your home.Give him a call and ask him to check you have the best locks for your home.

Archie was quick with responding to the job request and arrived within an hour of speaking with him (also provided updates with ETA). Came out on a bank holiday without charging crazy prices like the bigger companies do! Very reasonably priced and makes you aware of the cost before you go ahead. Really nice guy with a sense of humour while carrying out the job. He was professional and polite the entire time and explained what he needed to do so there was no surprises.

My front door lock suddenly stopped working so I desperately searched on Google for a locksmith. It's a Sunday so I wasn't sure how easy it would be. I found Archie and everything from the phone call to when he finished was absolutely perfect. He had a really good sense of humour, very chilled out, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what he does.
