I've been going to Tracy's classes for around 6 months. When I started I was a few months postpartum. After 9 months of being very sick and the birth, my body was in a state. I couldn't lift my arms much more than shoulder height, my back was painful and all my muscles felt weak and tight.Thanks to all the help from TJW Pilates, I'm almost back to my old self. I enjoy the classes too, everyone is friendly and the instructors are extremely knowledgeable. I could not recommend the classes enough.
