I'm currently in the middle of 10 personal training sessions with Alex, I was initially drawn to this gym as it was women only. I haven't been to the gym in over 15 years so I was really nervous about going. As soon as I walked in other members said hello, which was lovely.The gym is well equipped and Alex is very professional, but also very friendly and approachable which made me feel relaxed.I would highly recommend anyone joining!
