I've visited all over the world but this place now goes to the very top of the list. Proving you don't need a giant building a spa and a pool to make somewhere great. I'd reccomend this hotel to anyone for a trip to Brighton. 100 yards from the sea and a short stroll into town. The detail and care that went into the decor of the rooms and public areas looks like it must have taken a very special eye with an attention to quality and design you won't find anywhere else. Super attentive staff, great breakfast for me and four unannounced others. I'll be back abd I only live ten miles away. Thanks guys.

From the moment of booking right up until departure- everything was perfect.A really lovely welcome, a well appointed room with large bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, generous and great quality.You would be hard pushed to beat this in Brighton.

This hotel is a new hotel, the facilities inside are very new, and the hotel staff are so enthusiastic. We booked a sea view room, the room is also very clean, with a carpet, you can see the sea from the window, and the room is equipped with a fan, very cool. There is also a large bathtub in the toilet. You can buy a bath ball at Lush in the city center and take a bath. The hotel's breakfast is also delicious. Originally only booked for one night, but later felt that the hotel was good and stayed for two more nights

My partner and I had a lovely stay here. Such a cute and quirky hotel in a fab location.It did take a little while to find as there was no obvious sign outside and when we entered we couldn’t find a reception (?) but we were soon greeted by Marcus who was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I did have to ask for the wifi code as I couldn’t find it in the room, it is very much needed as the phone signal is bad!We got the bubble snug room as we were on a budget; it was quite cosy and not a lot of natural light but really nicely furnished and some lovely touches. The bed was super comfy. Even though it was close to the pier and amenities we didn’t find it noisy.We didn’t try the bar/restaurant but it was very inviting with some super cool decor! We had to get pay for parking a short walk away but that is standard in the location so close to the pier.We would definitely come and stay again, we might try one of the bigger rooms next time as we know it would be a fab experience :)

Great little hotel, cozy room, comfortable bed and really friendly staff. Was only there for the night but just right for what I needed. The only thing I found odd was that every other surface was a mirror. There were so many mirrors, the table in the room, the bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe, and almost every part of the bathroom.

This has to be the BEST boutique hotel to stay in Brighton. The staff are really friendly and go out of their way to ensure your stay is pleasurable and comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Hugo was fantastic. The property is centrally located to all amenities. It offers comfort, luxurious surroundings and you honestly feel like you are in heaven staying here. We booked the Junior Suite and it was well worth the money. We will certainly be returning. Thank you all at Square Townhouse for our lovely stay. Please put some charcuterie boards in the evenings so that guests do not nick other guests takeaway pizzas whilst drinking. Last but not least try the breakfasts. They are divine.

A wonderful boutique hotel right in the heart of things! The hotel is stylish, rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the service is excellent.Upon arrival, we were greeted with a glass of prosecco, which really set the tone for our weekend away. The hosts are the perfect mix of present and invisible -- in other words, they are there and attentive if you want them to be, but they will also leave you to it if you seek privacy.I really value a good night's sleep, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was in the evening, especially considering how close in proximity the hotel is to neighbouring bars etc. I could not fault it.Upon arriving home, I also realised that I had left behind my camera charger, and Hugo (one of the hosts) not only contacted me to let me know he had found it, but kindly posted it back to me.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay again.

My wife and I stayed here for a day/evening out for our wedding anniversary. We had a fantastic stay, James was really friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do any more to help! Rooms are great and the attention to detail is amazing, food and drinks superb too. We look forward to returning and highly recommend the hotel.

Lovely 2 nights, well thought out eclectic room with good coffee, fresh milk and free filtered water refills. Stunning breakfast cooked fresh to order and immaculately looked after throughout.

The best hotel to stay in Brighton. The staff are so kind and go out of their way to make sure you have the best stay.If you are looking for a personalised function space for a special party, conference or Hen do then look no further. You will not be disappointed.Thank you all so much xxxx
