As new landlords in Cardiff, we have had an excellent experience in letting our property with Martin and co. Henry has provided a superb service letting our property quickly and has always communicated effectively. As well as Henry, I must mention Abigail who has also provided superb communication, keeping us updated very efficiently to any of our queries. Very impressed so far with the service.

I'd give a 0 if I couldI moved into a property in 2020, I reported an order and the uncleanness of the property on the day I moved in.They sent in cleaners the next day, the odor of stayed through from 2020, now they want to accuse me of having pets with no evidence to it trying to blame the odor that was there before I moved in. Not only this, they want me to pay for new carpets which were worn out when I moved in. They have taken over 10 days which is outside the sla to tell me what the issue is.They also think that place needs a full clean when it was cleaned the day moved professionally.I moved out the 30th, they toom photos the 2nd of the month after then only delivered it the 11th day of the month. Due to the time line I would imagine their trying to defraud me out of my deposit with no evidence to some of the deductions, I'll accept the light bulb in the hallway, will not pay for their carpets or full clean when it was cleaned and eorn carpets when I moved in. How disgraceful
