My hairdresser was so lovely and down to earth with great conversation. She really got what my issues with my hair were and totally understood what I wanted it to look like just by attentively talking and listening to me at the start. Having one hairdresser from start to finish was great and makes so much sense. The salon was lovely and I am really pleased with my haircut and very pleased I have found Sylvia.

I had the best experience with Federica this past Friday. I came in worried about hard water damage since I’ve moved into London. I’m normally not one to buy upsell treatments but as my hair is in such bad condition I thought I’d go for it. The treatment Federica recommended made my hair healthier and softer. Her cut was also perfect. Federica is that rare hairdresser who truly only cuts an inch when you ask for an inch off, rather than cutting much more off. I think overall though the thing that stood out was her kindness and personality. She was genuinely so sweet and happy for me when she saw how the treatment worked. I was feeling quite anxious about my hair and she made me feel great. Huge smile throughout and just such a lovely person. Her blow dry was also spot on. Can’t recommend her enough and am actually looking forward to going back and seeing her again. Absolute gem!

So after my initial rather disappointing experience, Toni & Guy arranged for another appointment to fix my hair cut. Toni heard me patiently and did a fantastic job!!Got loads of compliments and I like my haircut even after washing it.Happy with my overall experience I decided changed my review. Thank you !

Most of my life i have feared going to the hairdressers, this is my second visit and yet again had such a overall positive experience. All staff made me feel comfortable and have been able to execute exactly the look i was going for. My first visit with Silvia was incredible had me coming back, second experience with Yana was as phenomenally therapeutic. Left feeling like the best version of myself. High recommend this Toni&Guy. Normally, I used to have a good experience in Chiswick with Ermis. Unfortunately, he no longer works there.This time, on Wednesday I had my hair cut with Yana. I have dark, thick hair and I expected to have a balance of volume, layering and lenght taken. I think everything was overdone, my hair is short, square in shape, thin at the back and there are gaps towards the ends. I am so disappointed this time.

Iwona is amazing! She always listens and understands what I want and she goes above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience and create a perfect haircut with the right colours for me.

My daughter 4 years old had her haircut done today by Salvator. Apart that he did an amazing job on her hair, what it really stood out for me it was that he really got on well with my little one asking her all sorts of questions and engaging her in the whole process. Overall the place has a nice, relaxed vibe and the the rest of the staff seems to be friendly. I will be moving here as my to go salon from Headmasters.

Not a great experience - my very long curly hair is not layered (as I had asked for). Or at least not the way I’m used to, the bottom layer is shorter than the top. Makes my hair look overall square and not very nice. Not surprising after the whole cut took less than ten minutes though. I had expected better from this salon. The stylist also took the majority of the lengths off before even washing it and seeing it wet, which is not a great sign I suppose. Admittedly a lot had to go as my ends were quite dry.
